Bernie Sergesketter, Chairman
Founding Sergesketter & Associates in 1994, Bernie Sergesketter wanted to take his expertise in management, marketing, and quality and help clients grow additional streams of revenue from new and existing channels. Bernie is a former Vice President and officer of AT&T, where he successfully incorporated the principles of quality into the sales processes in the Central Region of the United States. Bernie’s experience at AT&T led him to co-author Quality is Personal: A Foundation for Total Quality Management, published by the Free Press, New York, 1993.
Terri Heath, President
Joining Sergesketter & Associates in 1995, Terri Heath has built the company during the past two decades, focused primarily on top-line revenue growth for clients. She has achieved this through new market identification and execution, strategic planning, market analysis, and content creation. Additionally, she has focused on voice of customer work, especially through survey analysis and client interviews. Terri is a former Marketing Director for Sara Lee Personal Products Poland and began her career with a Chicago advertising agency; she holds a BA degree from Dartmouth College and MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Karen Vorwald, Vice President
Since joining S&A in 2003, Karen's worked with clients to build additional revenue streams through mix of competitive analyses, product development, and smart marketing. Specialties include: identifying potential new revenue streams, analyzing competitive landscapes, sizing market opportunities, and developing go-to-market plans/promotions. Previously, Karen held positions as Director of Business Development and Director of Creative Services at Topco Associates, a mulit-billon dollar food company. She holds a BA degree from the University of Notre Dame and MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
